What we collect when you use the roof assessment or contact us, why we hold it, and how to ask us to change or delete it.
What we collect
When you use the solar potential assessment we process the address you enter, the location data used to identify your property, and the roof measurements returned for it. If you continue and provide contact details, we process your name, contact details and anything else you choose to tell us about your property and electricity use.
We also record basic technical information about how the site is used, such as which page you arrived from, so we can tell which pages are useful.
Why we hold it
To carry out your roof assessment, to prepare a system design and proposal if you ask for one, to arrange a survey and installation if you proceed, and to support you afterwards. We do not sell your details to third parties and we are not a lead-generation business.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will action the request.
Detail to be confirmed
The registered data controller name, ICO registration number, retention periods, named processors and the postal address for data requests are being confirmed and will be published here. Nothing has been estimated in the meantime.
